Amendment 5 will not be in the ballot next November!
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008It’s final, today the Florida Supreme Court emitted a final judgment regarding the proposed Amendment 5.
“The final judgment of the circuit court is affirmed, and proposed Amendment 5•shall not be placed on the November 2008 general election ballot.
No motion for rehearing will be entertained.
